How doodling and colour helped me?

How we see God, is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. If God brings to mind mostly fear and blame, it means there is too much fear and blame welled inside us. If we see God full of love and compassion, so are we. Nature will hold elements that will find ways to soothe us, the trick is to give attention to the constant magic around us.

Little things that I do on my own to find direction- only if it’s needed to get through the day. We are all stuck in cycles that we could do without.
It’s time to slow down. Pick some mint leaves and create magic for yourself. Be it in a drink, colour or an appetizing condiment.
Stay cool but don’t freeze.
