Rule no 1:
How we see God, is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. If God brings to mind mostly fear and blame, it means there is too much fear and blame welled inside us. If we see God full of love and compassion, so are we.

Little things that I do on my own to find direction- only if it’s needed to get through the day. We are all stuck in cycles that we could do without. Doodling has always helped me. Constructive doodling has been even better.
This one is me overcoming my own barriers.
