I know I’m mad, but my life became easy when I accepted it. The daily struggles and worries didn’t disappear, but my acceptance to my crazy thoughts helped me live life. I asked myself a few questions:
Q1:How do I want to live life?
A1: I want to have fun with colour and textiles.
Q2: Will anyone be physically at threat when I choose this option?
A2: No
Moral of the story…
سارے میڈیم ملاوُ، اور آرٹ بناؤ
Translation: Mix all mediums and make art (if that’s even a thing, because you don’t “make” it- it just happens 🤷🏻♀️)

I’m most grateful to the unwavering support and encouragement I get from all of you because it motivates me to experiment with things. Birds alert is a piece I did many years ago. The commission went to a beautiful home but the journey never stopped - do birds ever stop flying?
Grateful to Allah mian that He gives me a truck of strength to park my worries and have fun. I realize that all I ever needed was to articulate my thoughts and choose what I enjoy.
I can write a book, but I’ll stop here.
Love you all,
