Colour takes me into a zone. It makes me realize how long it took me to take steps towards finding me.. and when I made time, it rained colour. Doodling takes over until my hand stops. Can’t tell you how therapeutic this is has opened avenues for me I never imagined.
The hardest chore is to make time for ourselves. I believed I never had time to do things that I enjoyed doing. The first step is the hardest. Once that is done, it gets easier to prioritize self.
